Benefits of Home has partnered with several local independent living communities to offer Assisted Level Support through our Shared Care Program.

Shared Care Communities offer families the opportunity to receive assisted level services while living in an independent living setting.  The program was designed to help families who are trying to find cost effective, reliable support while trying to avoid the clinical feel and significant downsizing associated with assisted living & skilled nursing communities.

By providing a dedicated on-site staff member for each community, Benefits of Home is able to provide families with a range of support programs including medication reminders, meal escorts, laundry assistance, bathing support, incontinence support, physical transfers, and much more.   All of the Shared Care support programs are designed to meet the specific needs of your family member, so you only pay for the support you need.
