Senior Caregiver

We have learned that many families feel stress, fatigue, confusion, anxiety and a host of other emotions when trying to develop care programs for their elderly family members.

To help relieve these feelings, every Benefits of Home program includes social work support at two points in the care plan development process.

Social Work Consultations

Learn About Social Work Consultations

In addition to answering questions you may have, we will learn about your family, and your specific care needs. We will then work with you to build an in-home care plan. Collecting details about your family, in addition to learning about your medical history, is a key component we use when selecting a caregiver to work with your family.

After the start of care, our social worker will stay in contact with your family to provide ongoing supervision and support along the way. If your family's needs change, or additional resources become necessary, we can help you with education and information.

Once you connect with our company, you will always have a professional social work resource available to help you.

Beneficial Family Assessment Program

As the first step for every family we service, we host a social work consultation and family assessment meeting. During this meeting, our social work expert will help your family understand more about:

  • Government Assistance Programs
  • Medicare & Medicaid
  • Senior Care / Senior Housing Options
  • In-home Care Options
  • Alternate Support Programs
  • Overall Care Plan Options
  • Care Resource Selection
  • And much more...
