As a testament to our quality caregiver focus, Benefits of Home Senior Care has provided home care services at Tallgrass Creek for 17 years! Every week, we help over 50 Tallgrass residents SAFELY stay in Independent Living.
We offer UNIQUE services (below) in Tallgrass 365 days a year from daily short visits to 1 hr visit, overnights and 24 hour care.
SHORT DAILY VISITS
- DAILY 15 mins visit in AM (8a-noon), PM (5p-8p) (schedule AM or PM or both). 365 days a year including holidays!
- Great for medications reminders, AM/PM routine, dressing, compression socks, daily check in, etc.
IN HOME AND DEMEMTIA CARE
- Experienced and Compassionate Caregivers help with any level of personal care (Bathing, Dressing, Incontinence, helping get up, etc), medications reminders, light housekeeping, laundry, linens, Meals/meals prep, Errands.
- Specialized Dementia Care in their home to help engage residents (see our specific page on the program)
- Flexible schedule from 1 hour, 1x a week to overnights to 24 hour care
MEDICATION MANAGEMENT BY RN
- Licensed RN medication pillbox (RN required in Kansas)
- Manages medication changes (adds, new dose, ETC.)
- Bi-weekly visits
- Wellness check (BP etc) when nurse visits
If a resident has long term care insurance, our staff are experts in helping to file the claim- no charge of course!
