Kent Westervelt

President

Kent’s passion is helping Seniors to live independently while providing both respite and assurance to their caregivers and families.  

Prior to joining Benefits of Home, Kent held executive sales, marketing and product development positions in diverse healthcare and digital health technology companies.  These companies include Gobiquity (GoCheck Kids), Epocrates, Cerner, Nuance, and Eli Lilly.  Kent has also been part of three startups.

Kent and his wife Karen live in Overland Park and have two daughters in college–Morgan (22) and Lauren (19).

Tracey Dickey, LMSW

Family Care Consultant

Tracey is a valuable resource for families across the metro area.  Her extensive social work experience in hospital and dialysis settings have allowed her to engage geriatric clients and their families for many years.  In her role at Home Connect Health Services, she provides Benefits of Home clients with planning advice, access to additional resources, and a wealth of information to assist with healthy aging.

Jan Swarts, RN

Wellness Advisor

Jan has been positively impacting the lives of local seniors for years as a Wellness Advisor for Home Connect Health Services.  In addition to assisting families with medication management and education, she has a remarkable ability to connect with her clients and become a trusted advisor that they feel comfortable sharing information and concerns with.

Megan Geist

Client Care Manager

As the Client Care Manager, Megan is at the forefront of our client experience.  They work tirelessly to make sure families and caregivers have meaningful relationships and maintain open lines of communication with our organization.  Our goal is to keep families impressed, informed, and completely satisfied every day.

Kisha Steineger

Community Liaison

Kisha has become a well-known resource throughout the senior care community.  Her relationships with other senior care communities and service care providers make her another excellent resource for our families.  Kisha offers a wealth of information and key contacts for families in need of additional support.
